Love Dr Grip Pens. My hands go numb no matter what, but having a larger pen allows my hands to write just a tad bit longer. Comfortable. Love these colors. I wish they had more colors besides black and silver in this same style.It writes smooth on paper with some sound. Not smooth like butter as other pens I have, but good enough. Unfortunately those other inks I have won’t fit in this pen shell. :-(The “but” part of my review is that I do not like how the ink clumps in spots while writing. Those spots do not pass the smudge test. The clumps lessened as I continued to write and passed the smudge test. But since ink clumps are a pet peeve of mine, they still stand out to me. They may not bother you. I will try other brands of gel refills and see how it goes.I’m just happy that these bigger pens are available for folks like me and they are pleasing to the eye… and to my soul as I am a sucker for good pens… it’s the little things in life.If you have large hands, problem hands, or just love a pen with a great grip, buy these.
