My wife gave me a new Norelco razor for Xmas from Costco. It’s a very nice razor but the charging base and blade cover were not included in the kit and I prefer to have the convenience of the base and the protection of the cover. I ordered both items but the base arrived very quickly. I have used Norelco razors all my life but never had one with a charging base. I can tell you that it makes it much more convenient and accessible. I would recommend it to anyone thinking of adding this upgrade to their Norelco razor.
