We’ve been using the Liddle Griddle since December 2021. It’s perfect if cooking for two people. It cleans easily, doesn’t scratch easily, it cooks evenly. The only thing to note is that it is hot at low temps; we cook eggs at 250 degrees; anything hotter would cook too fast or burn them so be careful with that. This being said, I would buy another one in a heartbeat as a gift, and recommend it for any 1 or 2 person family.
